pleasant valley sunday...

suuuuup... I'm spending my weekend at mom and dads house watching the doogladettes. They have been good girls, doing a lot of sleeping and not so much bugging me. While bella insists on sitting next to me/on me while i am on the couch...she smells bad. when she stays still for a while, its fine...but the minute she starts moving it's all i can smell! blah!
I have put another big ol dent in my movie resolution, i am on track to finish a couple months early... but i just dont see myself watching 6 movies a weekend every weekend!!! I have a couple movies coming up that i am so not in the mood for/looking forward to... Its the tough thing about watching these movies in alphabetical order. on the other hand, watching them like this is good because if i watched the movies i wanted to when i wanted to...well i would have a bunch of movies i didn't want to watch at all at the end...and if i did that i would probably not finish!
Well the Vegas nascar race is on today.. i am hoping after 2 weeks of losing to dan at fantasy nascar...i can pull off a win. I have the pole sitter on my side...i just hope it helps me in pulling off a win! WOOHOO!
One more night with the dogs, then back to work and home again. Had a call from Kelly early this AM, he will be in town this week visiting! yeay!

been slackin good on this here blog...
Lets start out with last weekend. I didn't end up going to Iowa because it snowed. Chris works at a place where they have a lot of 18 wheelers coming in... they said there were cars in the ditches all over 35, so i decided to stay home.
Tristi and I met up for dinner at Granite City in Eagan. It was delightful. After we went back to my house to watch the winter Olympics and start a wonderful drinking game.. it was hilarious. Saturday headed up to stef's to pick up my scrapbooking materials. i got the itch to start that up again since i was done with that last quilt.. After I was settled and ready to scrapbook, Aaron called to say he was on his way to my pad. We watched girly movies and drank some delicious cran/pom/limeade/vodka concotion. made a drinking game up for watching 'win a date with tad hamilton' hehe.
Sunday. hrm. what did i do sunday. oh i watched 3 movies, and the nascar race... also worked on my stipple project of David Cook and a cross stitch i found that mom gave me 8 years ago! big day!
Back to the gym monday.. Tuesday went to Granite City with my coworker Sarah!
Tonight its the Hard Rock Cafe. Haven't been to the one here in MPLS. its probably been open 4 or 5 years by now too!!
Big weekend, its time to watch the doooogers!!!!!!!!!woohoo! some serious maddie time. bella too :)
