Hi all! Mom Stef and I are hanging out in the waiting room. Dads surgery was scheduled for 245 today.
Got up and headed into work. Mom called me to let me know dad was in for his angeoplasty already. She said shed know more once it was complete. At 9 mom called to tell me that they found 90 percent blockage and the were moving the surgery up to 10am. Stef headed to my work and I drove from there to united. After running around the hospital for like 20 min we finally found him . We hung out with him till his pre op. Once he was ready stef and I went in to be with him till they took him away. I think they started round noon and the surgery was to last about an hour to an hour and a half... So now we wait!

Christy, how is your dad doing? I can't believe you were at United - I work there every other day in cardiac non-invasive scheduling. Which doctor did your dad's surgery? Is he still in the hospital? My job as receptionist at the St Paul Heart CLinic has me working at United every other day. I am off 3/9 but will be at United 3/11 & 3/13. Hopefully your dad will be home recouperating by then.
