Went for a workout last night... I ran on the elliptical machine for a mile... took me 12 minutes... hope to get that down little by little :)
Also jumped on the stationary bike... that was fun... i will be doing that a lot i think...I just need to remember to bring a book :) anyway, i think i went 4.5 miles on that. I would have stayed longer, but my co worker Sarah and I were sharing a locker, and she was ready to go... so I packed up and left too.
We were going to join a powerflex class last night...but then we were looking at all the people in there and all the equipment they were using and decided we'd work out a little more instead of joining the class. I want to get a little more fit before jumping into a class :)
I am going back tomorrow, alone! Sarah's in a class the next couple days... and i want to go every couple of days, at least 3 to 4 times a week... so tomorrow, then thursday... probably again on saturday. We will see!
