will there be rain?!

It's looking like rain outside!! I am hoping we will get some and it will pass by 430. We will see.
Haven't written anything since my friends were in town. Friday night they got in town at like 1250am... yeah i was not too thrilled about that. They were 2 hours late, totally ruining any chance of going out that night.. The bus picked them up at 10 to 6 i believe (also 2 hours late).. and for whatever reason whenever the bus is running late they MUST take 2 rest stops and they are 25 to 30 min a pop, adding a full hour onto the ride. I totally understand taking one stop. Not two. Went back to my place and watched Dane Cook "rough around the edges" such a funny guy.. played a little Wii before heading to bed at like 5am.. Got up and moving in time to go to lunch at one of my fave spots, BW3s!! After that we packed up the car for our first Saints game. We got to the parking lot around 330, and set up camp. Slowly people pulled in around us and were tailgating! It was great. I love tailgating. Funny side note, 3 or 4 cars down a guy I knew from long long ago was tailgating... this boy is everywhere i go... at target every tuesday that I go... he was also at circuit city when i bought my tv!!!! and 5 days later hes tailgating at my first saints game. He must be stalking me. haha. We went into Midway Stadium and found some seats... i recommend going in early if you have GA tickets.. We ended up sitting on the second to the top bleachers... they have no designated isle... its redonkulous. Anyway, after like the 2nd inning I had to go to the ladies room. stood there for 15 min... when I was back I thought, "I am not going up there agian" so I started making friends with random people in the area! I learned how to download ringtones to my phone for FREE! WOO! good to meet and talk to randoms for that kind of info :) I am not sure when, but mary and steve came down from the bleachers and we ended up heading out. Stopped at O'Garas for a beer, then to Moose Country also. Won't go into what happened there because i am still TICKED off about it. We were back at my house by 10pm (can you see why I was ticked off)... and I was watching a movie in my bed at 1030. 615 in the am, i was up and bringing my friends back to the bus station!!!!!
Stopped at BK on the way home to get me a delish sausage and cheese biscuit..then fell back to sleep for a few hours. Jason called me around 1 and I met up with him to go on another moto ride! We went from Oakdale down to Farmington for a Juicy Lucy at Gossips, and then came back up thru Hastings on the way home. it was a nice ride!! my arms were all tingly like there were buggies crawling on me! Jason said it was from the wind hitting me for so long! Fun times. Jason found out while at Gossips that there is another bar not far from me, the Buffalo Tap that has "the best juicy lucy's in Minnesota" so thats our next stop on the motorcycle juicy lucy road trip!
Monday headed back into work and did dinner with Cassie, Kenzi, Mindy, Taylor and Frank at Red Robin. It was another delish dinner! Tuesday I had a dentist apt and happy hour with an ol friend Missy. We went to BW3, had beers and wings and talked about all that has gone on over the last year... Last time I saw Missy was our 10 year reunion, just under a year ago! Wednesday after work I headed down to down town St Paul to check out Nikki and Mikes new place. Its a beautiful place! So jealous that they can have dogs there too!! Got a call from Jason that he was going to be down town st paul to celebrate his bday that night... So, I headed to Senor Wong's to meet up with him and a couple of his friends. Didn't stay long, I was so exhausted from all that I have done all week. I did stay long enough for a Stella beer (sooo good, thanks to Pischke for having me try that one!!) and to see Jason do a shot of ABSINTHE (which is again available in the US)... it was interesting.. they lit a soaked sugar cube on fire above the shot of Absinthe, let it caramelize, dropped and stirred the sugar cube up added some water and jason did the shot... there was a bit left over so Josh and I got to get a taste of it... tastes just like black licorice... no joke, more than jag!! http://www.absinthebuyersguide.com/history.html if you would like to check out what absinthe is all about.. A couple years ago I did a lot of research into it, I was surprised to see they were selling it! anyway. cool stuff.
tonight I am going to check out a furniture sale tonight, possibly get some new stuff for the condo!! I realized that while the couch I have of grandmas is a great sitting couch, its not so much a good sleeping couch!! also need a headboard for my bed!! and if i can find any, some new end tables and coffee table! I know I am looking for a lot, but this place is supposed to have some awesome deals... we will see :)
