David Blaine

Okay I am watching this David Blaine special. I have to say this man drives me crazy. I am watching him do these "street magic" things with random people round the united states. I am hoping someone else watched this or have seen another one of these specials he's done. Have you ever noticed that he picks out the most hillbilly goofy looking people, or the its dark out, after bar time and hes showing a bunch of drunk ass people "magic"?? Seriously, I could get away with these tricks! Which is what they are, by the way, they are tricks, not magic! (like right now he must be in roswell at some alien convention... people who believe in aliens and go to parades for aliens!!) I have seen a few tricks that he has done tonight that I could tell you exactly what he did to make the trick work.. Which is why he should be doing these tricks on me, not so much drunk hillbillies.
Another thing that bugs me about David just how he is.. I dont know if hes being arrogant, or if he is just kinda a slow dude.. seriously.
and last thing that bugs me about him are these big wild weird things he does... in the water bubble for days, up on that beam for days... i think he was burried alive and also frozen, now hes hanging upside down. is this magic? NO its not magic. its a dude thats freaking CRAZY. I could do any of these things with conditioning. anyone could... its mind over matter. Again, not magic, just some dude doing a "stupid human trick"
I am not 100% sure, but this may go back to my days of hanging out with a magician. When I first met Arthur, I would try to figure out his tricks...how he did them, what he did to make them work... Which makes it no fun for him, no fun for me... He would show Jon how to do some pretty simple card tricks that Jon would show me how it was done... it seems many tricks use the same basic concepts... I won't tell you them because it will just ruin everything any future card tricks done on you. I do want to say that Arthur is (I believe) the most amazing magicians ever. seriously.
