Easter

Happy Easter y'all...
For a year or two, the KepZkeDel clan has been talking about going to Hell's Kitchen for Easter Brunch. If I remember correctly, we were at the cabin last year for Easter!! Can't wait to get up there again! COMMON SPRING!! we need the trailer opened!!
anyway, we got our reservations to Hell's Kitchen made in advance this year for brunch... kinda out of the way, and rather annoying we had to pay for parking.. $5 for an hour and a half. blah. I had the biscuits and rabbit gravy. i am about 50/50 if it was actually rabbit! i told myself it wasn't so i could eat it!! I would like to go back for happy hour or something... the breakfast wasn't all that wonderful. maybe lunch or dinner would be better (since i am not a fan of breakfast anyway!!) they have a really cool lookin bar though!!

Labor day!!!!!!!

I am getting a little sad just thinking about it... Labor Day weekend... this means school is starting back up (well, not for me..) and autumn is right around the corner! Which also means summer is coming to an end! :( soooo sad! Now as much as I love when the leaves start changing color, I know its followed by a cold and snowy winter season... eeeishhh...
I had a lot of fun this summer, traveling... Took my first trip to New England and traveled all over with my good friend Ednas... and meeting up with other friends out there too! Then there was the baseball road trip with my MIA friend Kelly to Chicago and Milwaukee (and my frist trip on the Megabus, can't forget about that:).... saw my first game at Wrigley field (cubbies vs braves)! and forgot the tickets to the twins/brewers game at the hotel, so it was the first time i tailgated the whole time at miller park.... got jason and MIA kelly up to the cabin for a weekend of ATVing... that was the first time I've been pulled over on my ATV by a sheriff!! then another trip out to Chicago to the AM Idol concert... that was a blasty blast!! got to see my fiance and boyfriend sing for me in person :) saw NKOTB in person as a group for the first time ever at the MOA with thousands of 300 pound adoring fans... bought an awesome new TV for my living room so i still have a signal in feb 2009... Went to my first Saints game (sorta) just a few weeks back. Wow, it was kinda a summer of firsts!

I am taking full advantage of this long weekend by going up to the cabin with my fam... Haven't been up there since Jas, kelly and I were up there. Oh another first... going out on a boat for the first time this year! Then my dogs going to have a first... First time shes going to hit the water! I am so excited for her! Can't wait to hang out with my Maddie doodles this weekend :) yeay!
