It's been a long time (i shouldn't have left you without a dope beat to step to)

oh my. I can't believe it's been so long since I last wrote.  i think last month i wrote so much more than i ever have, then in july, i dont write at all in the first half! 
Well, I've been busy, so get over it! hehe.
First weekend in July headed to the cabin for the 4th of July. a nice long weekend. A weekend of a sick baby haley, poor thing.  we kinda hung out in the cabin most the weekend b/c haley had such a high temp, we didn't want her going out in the heat.  then lets see.. what the heck did i do last weekend. Oh yeah. i guess i did a whole lotta nuthin.  Friday i met up with Jordan, a friend from HS, and a bunch of his buddies at old chicago. had a good time watching the twins game and chatting. ran into an old buddy while we were there too, Carlos!  I think the last time I saw him was at Old Chicago too! random.
Saturday I watched a lot of last comic standing.... it's on demand.  i heard i went to high school with a dude who's competing... i watched for like 6 hours and didn't see him...so yeah.
Later, Jason came over with his friend bear and eric and we went on a motorcycle ride after hitting up Buffalo Tap. No juicy lucy for me this time. just a wrap. and it was not very yummy.
Sunday back to doing nothing. okay i painted a while... but other than that not much.
I for some reason am having difficulty with days these days. i've been busy but i'm not sure what i've been busy doing.  i can't remember Monday night. Tuesday I went to Kelly's to watch the all star game.. Wednesday I went to an association meeting. more on that later.
Yesterday I was working away and I got a note from Jason, he said he's got extra tickets to the Twins game and wanted to know if I wanted to go. HELLS YES i want to go!  he hooked me up too, we were on the 3rd baseline 14th row!  and my Kevin was pitching :) yeaaay!  closest seats i've had all year!  he told me a funny story too about how he got tickets... his whole company had tickets to go... I guess his boss one night took a bet at like midnight to jump the fence at target field, and run down onto the field.  well security obviously caught him, and then banned him thru the 2010 season. until recently when he bought a shit ton of tickets and they let him back in!!  so that's how i was able to get free sweet ass tickets to last nights game.
and i am going back tonight!  tonight Cassie and I will be out there sweating it out. It's a hot day out there, but I'm looking forward to it! YEAY! GO TWINS!

I still am not writing in this thing very much.
Hasn't been much to write about. I have been back at the gym, gotta get back in that habit before i go to Richmond...if i am out of it before i go out there.... i will never get back into it by the time i have a week off.
Been falling asleep to the twins games, they started out in Anaheim so the games were starting at 9pm... watch the first few innings and then I fall asleep!
All week i've had a horrible head ache. it usually does not start right away, but i end up with one. I have started paying attention to my posture, and i think thats really screwing with me, and probably one of the cause of my head aches... since i am so used to slouching, my muscles aren't used to being held correctly. It's killing me but, i think after a week or two, i will be ok, without head aches :)

halloween

okay so i am a handful of days late on this one... but i wanted to post some photos of me as betty boop this past Halloween. I had lots of fun at jason's work party... my back was just about back to feeling better (before i started quilting again this weekend... then it started up again. more on quilting later). Anyway, how cool would it be to have a big ol party at your work every 3 months? so jealous, he's got a kick ass job! hmmm. i should have really thought about not going into graphic design... i could be working there too. hrrmfff.

Finished one quilt last night.... you know the one i started in Feb...could have had it done then too... i just hate the quilting part.. and the binding part even more... but yesterday i sat down and put the binding on, and now i am done! photos to come. i started haley's quilt now too... it will be the same pattern of the one i just finished... only instead of black white and red, its pink, purple, green, blue, yellow and green. gonna be super cute!!
