dan...

Well, my time with Dan has come and gone :(  I had a blast having him here in town, running around doing things normal 'couples' do. 
I'm not sure if I've talked about this before, but I'll go ahead and do so now... Since Dan is in another state, and we spend most of our time apart, it's a difficult thing to maintain.  Dan has managed (not sure if he's done this on purpose, or if it is just happening) to make me think of him when I see random things. This started out right when we started talking ... We were talking about all the hospitals in St Paul.  I mentioned St Josephs... He went on to tell me that there isn't a St Joseph's hospital, it's just a parking ramp named "St. Joseph's"  he sort of had me going for a minute.... but soon realized he was pulling my chain... I drive by this parking ramp every day on my way to/from work, and every time I spot it, I think of him.
He's also managed to do it with his crazy hair styles he's been doing over the last few months... first with the mullet, and then this week he showed up to MN with a mohawk. Every time I saw a mullet over the last few months I laughed and thought of him. Today a guy from a security company came walking into my work with a mohawk... made me giggle and think of dan...
One thing he was all goofy about this last week was spotting black squirrels. I tried to tell him that they are not all that uncommon...he'd still flip when he saw one... On my way to work today, I saw a little black squirrel crossing the street, and it made me smile. 
Though we are far apart, he's found a way to constantly remind me of him :)
I've got a lot of catching up to do with my 365. I've taken a photo every day, but haven't had the chance to work on them... Im still finishing up the photos from Nicole & Doug's wedding... I'm hoping to finish them up this week...  I'll do the 365 once those wedding photos are done!
